Characteristics of Success

And many times they are very basic, characteristics that you think most people have or exhibit. But the more you think about it, a lot of people may exhibit certain traits superficially, but when you take a deeper look, you can see that they might not have these characteristics after all. That maybe people with these basic characteristics ARE hard to find.
And how do you know? We all bare fruits.
