What stops us?

Been watching a lot of the Winter Olympics and trying to imagine what goes on in the minds of these amazing athletes. I think back to what my tennis coach used to tell me about the pros, they are the 20 year olds with the mental toughness and composure of 40 year olds. I also can’t help but think of the choices they make to dedicate themselves to competing in a field.
